In General

This page is a quick rundown of Lego made train accessories that I have come across.  It IS NOT a complete listing of everything out there and available.  Some may be retired or no longer be in production.  Retired sets, especially Lego, will usually command a premium price if available.  See my main page for a list of the non-Lego manufacturers and suppliers I'm aware of.  To be honest, Lego does not offer accessories as a separate item, usually.  Most accessories will be included as part of a larger kit.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

ALSO, if you're buying off of EBay (or anywhere else for that matter), do your research - check item and shipping prices and resellers reliability .  I've found as much as a $120 difference for something costing $140 vs $260 from two different sources.....

PLUS, if you order items from resellers websites (especially located in China), shipping charges can be as much (or more) as the item you're purchasing.

YOU NEED TO DO PRUDENT SHOPPING!

Non-Lego Accessories

Products seen on Ali Express
General Jim's
Jie Star
Kazi
Mould King

Most of these are not train related per se, but if you're looking for something to liven up your layout, they are pretty cute.  I've purchased a good number of them, and have not had any issues with them for the most part.

Ali Express

Note: Most items found thru Ali Express do not usually seem to have easily identifiable part numbers much less manufacturers names,
and the seller's name usually doesn't show up until you go to checkout.
Information about the sets is usually very limited too, and many do not have a part count.
I have to say tho, that I have seen some pretty nice models offered here that I have not seen elsewhere, like the Metro Stations, and many are HUGE kits, 12,000+ pieces!

Kazi Accesosories

Kazi Track Supporter

This part is one of the few that can be bought from any of the non-Lego manufacturers, BY THE PIECE!  But, it HAS to be ordered with at least one other item from YWOBB.  It has NO part number!  At 50 cents apiece, they are neither cheap or expensive, but can add a different flavor to your train display.  The supports can be either used using the two studs on top, or the technic type horizontal hole for using with pins.
