overflow traffic from CSXs Metropolitan Sub west of Washington D.C.
Nearby RR stuff: immediately NW of Baldwin Station there is a restored tower that was moved from Baltimore to
this location and now serves as a visitor center. Next to the tower is a C&O coach, and a B&O Caboose.
Other interesting or fun stuff: The small historic town of Sykesville offers quaint and eclectic shopping as well as
several gourmet dining opportunities.
